NewApi is an AI API gateway platform that provides unified access to multiple upstream AI model providers through an OpenAI-compatible interface. We offer API key management, model routing, quota control, and usage monitoring.
You agree not to use NewApi to:
Usage is subject to the quota limits associated with your account or API key. Exceeding your quota may result in request throttling or temporary suspension. Paid plans are billed according to the pricing displayed at the time of purchase.
NewApi routes requests to third-party AI providers. You must also comply with the terms of service of the upstream provider whose models you access (e.g., OpenAI Usage Policies, Anthropic Acceptable Use Policy).
We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We are not liable for downtime caused by upstream provider outages, maintenance, or force majeure events.
NewApi is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time through the console settings.
We may modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
